Warranties for products that are declared at the time of sale are basically warranties issued by the manufacturer. This means that the warranty service of the product sold is mainly carried by the parent company of the specific brand. Each brand is unique in terms of warranty service variation and their different terms are mentioned on their own official website. In this case, the subsidiary Star Tech is working as a means to enforce the warranty service terms of the main brand companies.

The warranty terms set by the manufacturer are as follows:

>> We follow the warranty policy of each product given by International, Domestic and Bangladesh Computer Association (BCS).

>> Warranty is not provided on all the products sold. The warranty is valid only for those products for which the parent company has declared a warranty period.

>> Depending on the brand and model of the laptop, the warranty is 1-3 years. But the warranty of all laptop batteries and adapters is only 1 year

>> If any product under the warranty is found to be defective after sale, the defect is removed through repair and it is changed immediately according to the type of product.

>> If the product of a particular model is non-repairable and the same or equivalent product is not available in our stock, then a better product from that model can be replaced by depreciation and price adjustment.

>> If the specified model of product is not available for repair or replacement by Janani Computers, the price can be refunded through sales depreciation adjustment.

>> If any software or data is damaged or lost during the use of the product or during the service of Janani Computers, Janani Computers is responsible. Will not carry. Note that in this case, the responsibility of data recovery or software restoration work will not be on Janani Computers.

>> The time to return the product after completing the service work after taking the product of the specific model under warranty is not fixed, this time can be from 5-7 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or more; This is because in most cases, the parts required for repair do not have sufficient buffer stock in the country, so they have to be specially imported, which is very time consuming.

>> Consumers are informed that most of the warranty products are not repaired, the parts that are damaged are replaced but in most cases are imported from abroad.

>> The computer setup and operating system that is customized at the time of sale is not covered by the warranty.

>> Lifetime Warranty Basically you will get the warranty facility as long as the product is present in the market.

>> Janani Computers will be able to set the price for any service outside the scope of the warranty which will be effective subject to the consent of the buyer.

>> In case of service warranty, if any parts need to be changed or added, then the buyer will usually collect it at his own responsibility or with the consent of the buyer, subject to advance payment, you can collect it through Janani Computers.

>> Free software or hardware tuning provided by Janani Computers during or after the expiration of the warranty period, if any problem is found in the product or any new problem arises, the responsibility will not fall on Janani Computers.

In cases where the warranty will not be valid or can be obtained conditionally

>> In case of any defect due to careless use such as getting wet in water, broken, burnt, injured, deeply scratched, etc., it will not be covered by the warranty.

>> If the serial or serial sticker of any product is partially or completely removed, removed or damaged for any reason, then the product will no longer fall under the warranty.

>> If the motherboard, graphics card and RAM have fungus or rust and any deep wound or scratch on the motherboard, the motherboard graphics card or RAM will not be under warranty.

>> In case of motherboard and processor, if one or more pins are found to be completely or partially broken, bent or deformed, the product will not be covered by the warranty.

>> Since Janani Computers does not apply any kind of password or security code during laptop, desktop or any product delivery, the buyer has to bear the full responsibility of BIOS password on laptop, desktop or any other device. It is not covered by the warranty.

>> If you delete Apple Mac Book's own operating system, the product will not fall under the warranty.

>> Parts like printer cartridge, toner, head, roller, drum, element cover etc. are out of warranty.

>> In the case of printer warranty, if you use ink, ink cartridge or toner cartridge other than the ink, ink cartridge or toner cartridge prescribed by the manufacturer, it will not fall under the warranty.

>> In case of specific model combo (pair) keyboard-mouse (all keyboard-mice are sold as bundles together), if any one of the keyboard or mouse is damaged, the complete combo (pair) set (accessories) must be presented for warranty Only keyboards or mice presented separately for warranty will not be accepted.

>> Printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, TV cards, etc. and power adapters of similar products are not covered by the warranty.

>> If more than 2 months have elapsed in the warranty or service department after the warranty of a particular product has been issued, the company will not bear the responsibility of that product.

>> If the warranty receipt paper of a particular product is lost, the product must be accepted subject to the receipt of its purchase and the provision of proper proof.

Return & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel orders any time before Ship.

Customers can return products within 24 hours time of receiving delivery  on the following conditions:

1) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2) Customers have to bring the product to any of Janani computers sales points, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

3) If a customer received a manufacturing defected product than the customer has to visit any of our shops where our specialists will review the product first and then take the necessary steps to changing the product if it is in need of replacement.

4) In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered than customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.

5) Product does not work properly after 3 days of delivery”  this case will fall into the warranty program. customers will bring the product to any of Janani Computers points for warranty claim.

6) If a Customer is buying any product from our Website after reading the description and provided information’s  about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it anymore, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product. 

7) If customers found broken or packet damaged product then we are requesting not to receive the product from courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she have to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won't be acceptable.

8)With specific reasoning's, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.

9) Refund charge applicable for Bkash / Online / POS payment refund.
